Turn at the Indian Creek Boat & RV Storage Office sign on the right. Bring your boat (there is parking on the property), bring your family and enjoy the peaceful country setting. There is a private 2 acre lake for fishing as well. We (the owners) do live on the property as well with our dogs, but respect your privacy and give you full use of the deck, dock/lake area during your stay, but are here to help if you need anything! It is located only 1.2 miles from downtown, historic Hannibal where there are restaurants and shops, visitor attractions and parks. 2020 RENOVATIONS include removal of old wallpaper and popcorn ceilings and new paint in living room, kitchen and bathroom which fives the house a much fresher look. The guesthouse has been newly decorated. 870 square feet all to yourself! The bedroom has a NEW king bed and an oscillating fan on the dresser. There is also a queen bed in the living area. A privacy curtain is in place which can provide some separation from the living room. There are stairs leading to the entrance of this house from the parking area. There is a sizable deck with patio table and chairs. There is also a bench for sitting on to watch the barges and river boats go by. There are two lounge chairs on the deck also. A propane gas grill is available for outdoor grilling. The guest house is separate from the owner’s house and there is no access to the garage area below the guest house.

My home sits on 19 beautiful acres located 20 minutes from Columbia, MO and 12 minutes from Moberly, Mo. I have a wooded area perfect for tent camping. I want to offer outdoor lovers the opportunity to come and camp at my place. I have several camp sites for tents. There is a swimming pond with a beach area for relaxing and a floating dock with a water slide and diving board. There is a playground area with a slide, swing and sand box. I have an outhouse that is clean and private. I do not have a shower house available, this is just basic tent camping. Rudolph Bennett Conservation area is 5 minutes away from my home and it offers very well maintained walking trails and a lake for fishing. There are several restaurants and gas stations located within a 15 minute drive or less of my property. I am also located only minutes away from an amish community, we love buying fresh baked goodies and fresh fruits and veggies from the amish. I gladly fix breakfast to suit the needs of those who have sensitivities to foods. We have two separate private rooms both equipped with queen beds with new mattresses. Both rooms have their own w/ TV and Roku w/ Netflix & Amazon Prime, and a Keurig with a variety of K-cups, bottled water, sugars, & creamer. You will find extra pillows and blankets in each room, along with a luggage rack and a fan. Our guest room on the main floor has a relaxing bench and a book shelf with interested reads and games. You have private access to your own renovated bathroom which includes the original claw foot tub with shower. The bathroom is equipped with fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion & hair dryer. This room is located next to your spacious private living area with large reclining couch and a separate recliner. You also have a TV in this room equipped with Roku and local TV. The living room is attached to your private dining room, that has a large table with large bay windows looking out over flower gardens and a clothes line from decades past. The dining room has a mini fridge and a microwave for your use. The guest room on the second floor holds the character of our 1920’s home with the slanted roof and a cozy alcove where the bed is located. The room has a comfy chair with foot stool. You will find a book shelf with memorabilia from our family history along with old and new books that will make you want to pick them up and snuggle in and get lost in reading! The bathroom is located on the main floor where you share it with your traveling companions. While the kitchen is shared with us you are welcome to use it. If you are planning on making meals we would just appreciate prior notice. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and in the front and back yard. The backyard deck is especially suited for relaxing, surrounded by gardens and ferns, it is tucked in beside our cottage. You are welcome to walk through our garden in the summer where you will find tomatoes, cucumbers, and other assorted vegetables and flowers. You also have the option of hanging out on our front porch where you can unwind in a rocking chair and watch the world go by. There are installed stereo speakers on the porch which you may plug into and chill to your own selected music. Guest interaction: Although we reside in the home, we are very respectful of our guest’s privacy. You may contact us at any time via phone/text messaging and we'll respond quickly to any questions you may have. We will happily provide you with whatever you may need and then leave you to your privacy. We're friendly but quiet people who will welcome you, provide whatever suggestions you may want and then leave you to your privacy. We have a Cocker Spaniel who will want to greet you and then will stay with us in the back part of the house. A Casey's convenience store is just 2 blocks away and there are sidewalks throughout the town. A nearby grocery store stocks all the basics and a variety of beverages along with a deli and take-out chicken & sandwiches. Our local restaurant, Poppy’s Place, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is an award winning bar-b-cue restaurant, Como Smoke and Fire, just 10 minutes down the road. You will find a couple of quaint gift and flower shops in town you will want to check out. You may certainly use our bicycles to ride around town or take them to Columbia or nearby historic Rocheport for a pleasant ride on the MKT trail. You will have your own private parking space in our driveway.

Glenn Acres Farm sits on 120 acres of beautiful Mid-Missouri farm land with great fishing ponds, horses roaming everywhere, and a gigantic 50' covered porch to sit back and relax and take it all in. Our ponds are stocked with HUGE Catfish, Crappie, Large and Small Mouth Bass, some Perch, and Bluegill (we basically have it all). The original farm house was built over 135 years ago but today you will enjoy all modern appliances, fixtures, bedding, furniture, central air and heat, washer and dryer, and a dishwasher. We did keep the original squeaky hard wood floors?? 4 Bedrooms 4 Full Baths, 6 queen beds, 1 full size pullout couch. This is a beautiful home outside of city limits, about 2000 sq, located 15 minutes away from the downtown of Columbia. It has 4 bedrooms, a spacious living room, a cozy dining room and a kitchen, a walk in closet and a laundry room; 2 bathrooms- one has a stand up shower, another one has a jetted tub. The house and the guest room can sleep 10-12 people. WiFi, local channels on TV as well as Chromecast are available. Also, there are 2 beautiful patios, a hot tub, a kids play area and a tree house. It is truly a paradise for those who love outside. We hope you will be just as happy staying at our place as we were living there.

You will feel right at home in our cozy Hatteras Hideaway! We are located less than 5 minutes away from Highway 63 and a 15 minute walk to grocery store. There is a children's playground only a few blocks away in our quiet neighborhood. We have spacious 9 foot ceilings and plenty of windows for a light and airy stay! You will enjoy over 1300 square feet of space in the complete lower level of our home with your very own entrance with a keypad. We do live upstairs, but keep our foot traffic and noise to a minimum. Guests have access to a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and assorted glassware. The kitchenette is well stocked with wine opener, knives, coffee cups, wine glasses, etc. so guests may prepare food and drinks. We have provided teas, coffees, sugars, and creamers for beverages. We have a few snacks including granola bars, popcorn, etc. There are four chairs located at the bar top. There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom with a full length mirror, ample closet space with hangers, a dresser, an iron and ironing board. Towels, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is available in the bathroom. The pull-out queen sofa in the living room is BRAND NEW. We also offer a new queen air mattress. We can assure that you will have a comfortable stay. There is access to Sling TV, Netflix, and the local channels on our flat screen TV. WiFi is also available. You will enjoy our beautiful and relaxing backyard oasis . Both bedrooms have walk-in closets, and the unit boasts a washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, fireplace, and small deck to sit and look onto trees in this very quiet neighborhood. There is an outdoor pool, tennis court, and lake access which is just a short walk away where you can walk the cul-de-sac or have a barbecue by the water. When you arrive, you have one assigned space under a carport, and there is a private parking lot for extra vehicles. The Yellow House in Columbia MO is a family-friendly fully furnished home away from home. Bedroom 1 has a queen and a set of twin bunk beds. Bedroom 2 has two queens. Bedroom 3 has a queen, twin bunks. Bedroom 4 has two queens and twin bunks. Bedroom 5 has two twins. All five bedrooms have private bath rooms. We provide towels and bed linens. Kitchen is equipped with all the basics - pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and small appliances. A washer and dryer are available for use. Back patio has picnic tables and a charcoal grill can be requested.
